Hi, I'm Felix Bubmann!

Hi, I am Felix an architect and master student from Germany. Born and raised in northern Bavaria. I have studied architecture at TH Nürnberg and TU Munich by the urge to build a better environment and solve the challenges we face as humanity going into the 22nd century. Having a diverse knowledge of not just architectural topics is a key to design better buildings and cities. During my master studies I had the chance to work at urban planning scale down to single buildings in size. Working in different architecture studios the past years I could further gain valuable experience from urban planning to small buildings. Trying out different parts of the working field was important to me to broaden my view and get insight into different parts of the profession. Furthermore, I started helping with teaching architecture at my university learning how to communicate the profession to students. The experiences and new challenges I encountered helped me grow and encouraged me to continue and dive deeper into that field in the future as I see it as a vital part to give back to those waning to learn architecture. I am an active founding member of “architects for future” in the city of Nürnberg working to excite people for the countless problems we as citizens encounter in the city. With the goal to communicate architectural and urban problems to the public and voicing our views of the city council managing the dialog between the different parties of either side of the discussion and identifying problems and finding a creative solution has become a part of my life during the last year.
